1. Franchise Agreement Duration
The initial franchise agreement will be valid for a period of every year renewable upon mutual agreement and based on performance.
 
2. Territorial Exclusivity
The franchisee will be granted exclusive rights to operate the Skating Academy within a specified territory, ensuring no other franchises of the Skating Academy will be opened in that area.
 
3. Franchise Fee and Royalties
A non-refundable franchise fee must be paid upfront by the franchisee.
Royalties of [ this sub with discussed] of monthly revenue must be paid to the franchisor, which will be calculated based on gross sales.
 
4. Branding and Intellectual Property
The franchisee must use the Skating Academy’s name, logo, and all related intellectual property as per the brand guidelines.
Any unauthorized use or modification of the branding is strictly prohibited.
 
5. Training and Support
The franchisor will provide initial training to the franchisee and its staff on operational standards, training techniques, and business management.
Ongoing support will be provided, including marketing materials, regular performance reviews, and operational advice.
 
6. Operational Standards
The franchisee must maintain the Skating Academy’s standards in all aspects, including coaching quality, safety protocols, hygiene, customer service, and facility maintenance.
Regular audits will be conducted to ensure compliance.
 
7. Franchisee Responsibilities
The franchisee is responsible for hiring and training staff, maintaining equipment, managing day-to-day operations, and complying with local laws and regulations.
The franchisee will bear all costs related to setting up the facility, including rent, utilities, and other operational expenses.
 
8. Marketing and Promotions
The franchisor will conduct state and district-level marketing campaigns, while the franchisee must invest a minimum of  of their monthly revenue in local marketing initiatives.
All marketing materials must be approved by the franchisor before use.
 
9. Termination of Agreement
The franchisor reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of any breach of terms, including failure to meet operational standards, non-payment of fees, or legal violations.
The franchisee can terminate the agreement by providing [1] months’ notice, after which all branding and intellectual property must be removed.
 
10. Non-Compete Clause
The franchisee agrees not to engage in any business related to skating or similar sports within (50) kilometers of the franchise location for a period of years after the agreement’s termination.
 
11. Insurance and Liability
The franchisee must maintain adequate insurance for the premises, staff, and clients, covering accidents, injuries, and property damage.
The franchisee is responsible for any liabilities arising from day-to-day operations, including accidents or injuries during training sessions.
 
12. Dispute Resolution
